Shipping Processing Time

On the product page for each item, you’ll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 7 Days. Some of the itemsf are already in stock and they ship much quicker.

However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time.

Orders Multiple Objects

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at soursopservices@gmail.com with your order number, we shall do the needful.

Shipment Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section.

Order Delays

Firstly, we’d like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please email us at soursopservices@gmail.com & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Shipping Policy

Your order is very important to us – we are committed to ensure your preferred products reach you safely and on time.

Order Tracking – Once you place an order on Soursop Services you will receive an email acknowledgement. This e-mail will have the details of the products purchased, taxes and shipping charges if applicable. In our next e-mail you will receive the shipping & tracking details of the purchased product/s within 48 hours, post the successful completion of your order.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, we will notify you via e-mail requesting further information.

Charges – The charges for shipping products shopped at Soursop Services depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be shipped. We offer free shipping to customers residing in India*. For orders placed outside India, international shipping charges and applicable taxes will be charged to the customer. You might also incur country specific charges. Please check your delivery destination for further details.
Delivery – Your purchased products from Soursop Services will be shipped to the address provided by you to our website. Please ensure to verify the address entered by you before confirming your order to avoid incorrect delivery. We prefer to deliver to your residence or office address. In case of multiple orders, items may be shipped under single purchase orders. This is to facilitate quicker and safer shipping of various items. Your order dispatch time will be between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm unless otherwise specified.
Soursop Services is not responsible for delayed shipments in the event of service interruptions or failures cased by events, which are beyond the control of Soursop Services. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier delays or cardholder’s credit card or bank delays or acts of god.

Shipping Charges – Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg. As we are calculating the shipping charge per item, the maximum weight permitted per order cannot exceed more than 8kgs. If you wish to proceed with further purchase you may place a new order.
For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer. Handling or convenience charges may apply for International orders. Shipping charges out India can be viewed at the checkout session.

Product prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Our international standards of quality control begin right from the initial stage of sourcing to the final stage of delivery.

Returns and Exchange of any Soursop Services product online or in-store is only possible under the following circumstances & only via a credit note.

Damaged Goods
Our products are carefully inspected before they leave our distribution centre; however, if you are still unsatisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below. You must notify us via an email/Whatsapp with your order number within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase from Soursop Services. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products.

Please note: Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of color, patterns or designs. There could be a slight variation in color depending on the product.

Incorrect Orders
In case you have received an item which is not what you had originally ordered, please e-mail us with your order number within 48 hours. Please note: We will only be able to ship the correct order once we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original packaging.

Terms of Return & Exchange
Returned items must concur to our terms of returns & exchange

You must report the damage of goods within 48 hours of receipt via an email or Whatsapp
Once we confirm and accept your claim your returned merchandize must arrive at Soursop Services within 7 days after you receive your order. After this we cannot guarantee the exchange or refund;
III. Purchased merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Soursop Services will not be liable to incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that has been cancelled. We strongly recommend that you ship the merchandize via a service provider that insures you for the value of the goods.

Kindly ensure that the returned merchandize includes original labels, tag, receipt and other packaging, Soursop Services reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
All returns will be completed on a credit basis, excluding the cost of shipping. A credit note will be sent to you via e-mail and this can be redeemed during your next purchase.
Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before you return or Cancel a Soursop Services product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

Returns, if any, need to be made within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Soursop Services will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchanges.
Cancellation Policy

Items which are to be cancel need to be sent to the addresses given below within 2 days of receiving the goods. As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the CCAvenue Payment Gateway. At Soursop Services our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to destinations within India. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 15 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Mumbai. However if the quantities ordered are more than as per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email. The shipping charge is applied on product.

Delivery and Shipping policy

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.
